Program Overview
- Eligibility begins after earning your Private Pilot Certificate

- HR Interview – Cadet
- Technical Evaluation – Senior Cadet
- Cadet Instructor Logbook Review
Qualifications
- Private Pilot Certificate
- Current flight student or CFI actively instructing
- No more than 3 checkride failures
- FAA First-Class Medical and FCC Radio License
- Meet ATP or R-ATP minimums
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
