Required skills: Typing 50+WPM, computer savvy (PC) Word, Excel, Publisher and familiar with PowerPoint (Familiar w/ GOOGLE DOCS, SHEETS, DRIVE is a BIG PLUS****)
Must be a Critical Thinker, able to follow instructions with Excellent writing and proof-reading skills. The successful candidate is highly-focused, self-motivated, dependable, and mature with a professional demeanor and appearance. Seeking a logical thinker who is business savvy and able to stay calm while meeting deadlines.
Duties include: answering phones, typing of various documents and forms, filing and other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills with experience creating a variety of written items such as but not limited to; audit responses, proposals, company-wide memos, response letters to customer-clients and other industry related business and professional affiliates. Should be able to take fast notes, and multi-task with ease.
MUST have at least 5 years work experience as a mid-high level Administrative Assistant- **no exceptions**. BA/BS Degree highly preferred*****
Part-Time Day (9am - 2:30pm - M-Friday w/ 30 minute un-paid lunch) Actual hours may be flexible depending on business needs. *The position can increase to a full-time work schedule after 3-6 months of on-boarding. Starting pay is $28.00 + (or more) depending on experience.
